A Huge Thank You to ArtsKC for Supporting the 18th & Vine Arts Festival Foundation
We are thrilled to share some incredible news with our community: The 18th & Vine Arts Festival Foundation has been selected as one of just five recipients to receive a prestigious $5,500 Project Support Grant from ArtsKC – Regional Arts Council! Out of 35 highly competitive applications from organizations doing groundbreaking creative work across the Kansas City metro, we are honored to be chosen to receive this generous support.
This grant will help fund two of our most celebrated initiatives: the Honors Awards and the annual 18th & Vine Arts Festival. Both shine a spotlight on Black artistry and celebrate cultural heritage through music, dance, theater, visual arts, and more.
What This Means for the Festival
With this vital funding, we can expand programming, elevate our platforms for emerging and established artists, and make this year's festival even more engaging and inclusive. From the red carpet at the Honors Awards to the vibrant 3-day outdoor celebration in the historic 18th & Vine District, this grant will help us bring the community together in ways that inspire, educate, and empower.

What Is ArtsKC?
ArtsKC – Regional Arts Council is a nonprofit organization that serves a five-county region: Clay, Platte, and Jackson in Missouri; and Johnson and Wyandotte in Kansas.
